Community Infrastructure Levy – this was introduced in July 2013 being a levy on some developments within the parish, in accordance with The Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended).

To date, a small amount has been received to be spent on (a) the provision, improvement, replacement, operation or maintenance of infrastructure; or (b) anything else that is concerned with addressing the demands that development places on an area.
